Model Log Truck rebuild
Truck is an Italeri Peterbilt 378. I built it as about a 1998 model. Trailer is a AMT Peerless Roadrunner reworked to 1/24th scale. Drop axle is home made.
I ended up deploying before it was finished but I think that I got far enough along to show it a lil. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Looks like DOT is gonna pull you over for no taillights on the tractor, lol. J/k Ryan, its another great rig that you have built. Can't wait to see it when its done! Gotta love that CAT power too.

Thats one of those things left to finish as well as getting a cross member put in the stinger and some chains and such. |

I have come up with some new ideas for this truck including a set of oversize 22.5 flotation tires for the steers from the Bill Signs kit. Going for more aggressive tires for the drives. Going to fill in the holes in the frame on the stinger. Build a new reach for the trailer that is more proportional. Get some half fenders for the drop axle and a couple other things.

Got some new rockwell hubs for this. Going to remove the chrome center caps on the truck and swap them out.
