Sweet! My CB equipment is in the mail ...

So my CB radio equipment is finally in the mail. And I am happy about it.

Cobra 148. With a Gunny Puck Mount, and Predator 10K Antenna.

Any tips on the installation? I'm getting a guy who does them for big rig truckers around here (comes recommended by family who have used him and are truckers). None the less I was wondering if there was any F-250 PowerStroke specific issues I got to worry about?

Dimitri

You're going to like that Predator 10k , its a excellent antenna!
I'd highly recommend getting a roadking Mic and a gearkeeper Mic holder.
When you're ready for more power step up into a Galaxy 95T, 98VHP, etc

Oh, for install, run a 8 or 10 gauge cable direct to the battery(fused), don't tie into the vehicle electrical system.

I wanted to see how you install that antenna on a F250. Now, get to work on it!
