I sit on the floor in my pete and I have air in my seat. It all depends on what seat you run. I like the kenworths alot but I would never have anything other than my old pete. But if I had to chose another it would be a kw.

Internationals...Yuck. Im stuck in one for now, its a 9900i with the ISX Cummins - supposed to be set @ 500hp but I dont know if our shop turned it down or not. This truck Rides like total chit, has more squeaks, and rattles, and the wind noise is gawd aweful. For the a truck that has less than 60k on the odo...thats BAD in my book!

When I go back to driving my own truck, it'll be a Pete. I like the KWs and their sleeper, specially the studio sleeper with the couch - but the outside looks just cant match a Pete IMO - Should be back in a truck of my own by the end of the year, Waiting on our new dedicated account to start back up with the christmas Rush - Reno Nevada Here I come!

We have a ol' saying about Internationals, "Too fast for the field , too slow for the road".
I've had both Pete's and KW's, each has its advantages. I wouldn't let looks dictate what to buy. A chrome truck doesn't make more money than a ugly truck. I have a 05 KW T800 xtended daycab. It's got a lot of room for a daycab, due to it having the same cab as the AeroCab sleeper trucks. I have a Cat C-15 550hp, and really haven't been impressed by it. I drove a 08 T800 525 Cummins back in late Jan. and was suprised at the power and fuel mpg. My next truck will be the same spec's I currently run, with the exception of it having a 525 Cummin's.
