Peterbilt all the way. If you are buying a new truck, new emissions engines have been having alot of problems that cause down time. Aerodynamics is the way to go if you want to make money, or looks if just for fun. Cat has a great reputation and support network, but detroit series 60 is an awesome power plant as well. Have fun

We got cat with c13, 355 gears 15 speed, getting close to 7.25 mpg on Peterbilt 387 hauling mixture of light and heavy, never over 48,000 lbs - old emissions engines
