im havin a hard time tryin to find drag radials in at least a 30" tall tire and a 18" rim or bigger for my truck. i can find 26" tall dr's from a corvette for cheap. i have a 4.30 gear so would this kill my performance runnin a shorter tire or do you think it will help? im just worried about my rpms at the end of the track.

thats a pretty short tire, I'm pretty sure you'll winding up that 6.0 pretty high if you go with that set up

At 3800RPM you will be doing about 95 mph with the 26" tire. What speed do you hit the traps at now?

In the 1/8th I was running about 73mph.

"edit" I saw your sig and it said 99 mph, that would be 3950 rpm. What is the redline on a 6.0?

30" tires will get you down to 3450 rpm
