What would you guess my 1/4 mi. time at? I run an estimated 1/4 mi. (Definately not official) a few weeks ago and with just a stopwatch I ran a 14.7 and a 14.2. Like I said it was not official so I don't know if that was high, low, or pretty close.

he doesnt have to worry about traction with an NPI 4.6. 215 hp/285 ft lbs its a high 14/low 15 second car all day

99-04s are 14 flat to mid 14s

mach 1s are 4V motors (new ones are 3V) and wont touch 12s with out bolt ons and tires.

that would be close but i think you would take him with a good boosted launch. i killed a 99 style gt with ease.

I think that you'll take him easily...even if you run a 1/4 mile. A stock '96 GT is a low 15 second car all day even with a decent driver. Your truck should turn low 14's with a boosted launch. He will start reeling you in as speeds increase should the race go longer than 1/4 mile so shorter distances are to your advantage. Let us know how it turns out.

I own an 03 GT and I gotta agree the car is a sled stock. I wouldn't doubt that a PSD done up would take it quite handily. However, it didn't take too much to wake up my car and make it worth a damn.

He still hasn't run me. He keeps saying he'll run me any time but has yet to say go.
