H&s tuned 6.4 vs. 6.7 cummins EFI tune with aftermarket turbo and injectors

I have a 2010 6.4 powerstroke with airraid intake, 5" straight pipe and running a 300 H&s tune. My buddy has a 2011 6.7 cummins with a EFi tune intake and straight pipe and is planning on a ATS senquinceal small turbo to feed his stock turbo and aftermarket injectors... do I have a shot?

until he changes turbo and manifold he doesnt have a chance. those are the weak links on those trucks. my buddy has an 08 6.7 truck pipped intake tune and 100hp injectors with built tranny and still loses everytime we go.
