7.3L Vs 6.0L

heres the deal, i keep gettin smoked by my buddy's '06 350 CC LB 4x4. He's got the SCT Tuner, not sure what tunes he has but he has stock intake stock exhaust and gauges.

I have whats in my sig, and ordering whats coming. Do you think i will be able to beat him once i get my tune and other goodies? He only beats me by maybe a truck length or 2..... now.... O YEAH and my tranny sucks balls, it takess for ever to shift.

Look at it this way: You'll keep gettin' faster with your new mods and he'll keep gettin' closer to something happening to his 6.0. It's a waiting game

But I'm not gonna put that hex on the guy, it's not his fault. It's probably your tranny since you mentioned that it's slow to shift. Good luck!!

with the right tune that 6.0 should walk the dog on you your gonna need turbo an injectors to keep up good luck partner

well just to let you guys know, i got a 2001 Superchips 1700 and i walked over him until 80 mph and he caught up to me...we will be going to the drag strip the 16th of oct...

studs,egr delete(sinister),dieselsite coolant filter, nuc oil bypass, dj's fuel + regulated fuel return, sct by eric, 4in silverline no cat, isspro gauges, cat elc coolant, hids, lots of other odds and ends......
