Just curious how would a topspeed eliminator help your 60ft times?

Good Question... they wouldn't!

I should have edited that out of there, the top speed eliminators for the Dodge get rid of Torque Management which de-fuels the cummins on hard acceleration.

On a Ford 6.0L you can eliminate the de-fueling (dead spot) with a simple BD Boost Fooler.
