Sorry for the late reply here guys. We do try to keep up on all the different forums, but there is only two of us doing it and over 20 forums to monitor, so sorry for the delay.

On dyno day we go through such a high volume of trucks that we don't have enough time to correctly calibrate each truck to read the torque correctly. We just run a generic calibration that gives you the correct hp. Hope that clears it up for you.

But isn't torque figured out based on HP? So are you saying that the HP is correct but the equation for torque wasn't used. Do you know what correction factor the dyno has?

We are at sea level here, so there is no correction factors used. Mustangs are setup to have the truck calibrated at 2000rpm to be able to measure the torque. I am not exactly sure how they do it in their software, but to get the hp reading it doesnt need every truck to be calibrated.
