What mods are you running?
As of right now, just intake, 4" exhaust, TW tunes, and from what I've been told, "slightly larger then stock" injectors. I'm at the point right now where I want more, and I don't think this motor will give it to me. Between a turbo, a new HPOP, its coming up on the cost of a CR ISB CTD swap.

How much PSI does the BD push? My stock turbo with my chip on only makes like 19. but a stock dodge with no chip will make 35.... i want something with alittle more than 20

seriously bud its bad taste to post a link to your website in the BD vendors section.... you do this all the time.. instead of just putting a pointless post and a link to your site next time look at what section your posting in....

very disrespectful

Sounds like you need to run a boost fooler with your chip, the factory wastegate is set at 20-22PSI and is likely your problem. With a good chip and a boost fooler you should be able to make 25-30PSI easily.

Comparing the powerstroke to the cummins is apples to oranges... the BD Turbo Thruster has an adjustable wastegate that is set at 35PSI, if you have a enough drive pressure than 30-35PSI of efficient boost is what you should expect... with out ANY surge issues!

We have only been running them for about 6 months but have not had a single failure, with that said I am confident the turbo will likely last the life of the motor, 35PSI is a conservative wastegate setting for this turbo.
