Is this for real? Duct Tape + Cardboard = 31 mpg

I cant see that this would work, but hey you never know.....

Seeing how most CTD's can get 20+ mpg with the right foot, along with the lower gears and 2wd I've heard of guys getting mid 20's....with what they did I believe it..

I'd love to sponsor a race team.... I just dont have the budget as of yet.... I will get there though..... in all seriousness I get asked this stuff all the time and I have many other things I NEED to spend money on.... the sponsorships will come in the near future
