Thats too big.....you should working on one thats like this ....some stuff is easy and other stuff just sucks cause you got to climb 10 ft just to get to it !

So having a large truck is criminal? He should have paid more attention, i don't argue that fact, but she shouldn't have been that close to a moving vehicle either. Who stands that close to a moving monster truck?

First issue, the driver was intoxicated and driving under a suspended license (safe bet the suspension is DWI related).

As far as the truck goes, not sure what the legal height limit is in Texas. I think DOT limits tires to 44", which these are huge and might be bigger than that. Really, the drivers actions are to blame on this one, the truck may be a factor but ain't the root cause of this tragedy.

I know a freind of the driver, and the woman had every kind of drug know to man in her system, and the charges were lowered and the driver was released on bail. still a very sad situation for all involved.
