i usually don't care about advertising gimmicks. If Ford needs to sell their 6.4"s by saying it was "twin turbos" instead of sequentional, then thats great, their trying to the ignorant people in the door.
But this stupid advertisment has me wondering, did Ford or Cummins do anything like thsi when Chevy decided to stop being "An American Revolution" when they teamed up with Isuzu for their duramax engine?

I think someone needs to remind Chevy, that Ford has been selling more trucks than them for the past 33 years.

Does anyone else remember the commercials for the 6.0 when the ice breaker got stuck, and they lowered a F-350 onto the ice in front of it and tied a huge rope to it, and it pulled the ship through all the ice?

I think this was the same time they had a F-350 pulling a big trailer through the mountains when they had to stop fast for an accident or road block, as an advertisement for their trailer brake setup?

Those are honestly the first Ford commercials I can remember, I had to be like 10 when they came out, so around late 2002/2003.

It worked, that's when I started to like Fords.

I used to love the commercial when the chevy truck is pulled into the lake by the boat on the trailer and the ford pulls it out and one of the guy says "dang that sank fast" and the other guy just simply says "ya, like a rock"
