around my area they already are starting to go up

It sank alright, I'm in the oil business and unfortunatly I know it's going to take awhile to cap this well. To drill a relief well to use heavy fluid to hold down the oil, will take months

I just heard on the radio they built some kind of dome and they are almost ready to cap part of it
