Great NW Ark. Dealership
I want to give a HUGE thanks to the guys at Randall Ford in Fort Smith for giving me a hand with Granny truck last week. They let me install a new FICM myself because their tech's were slammed and then flashed it for me (I paid for the flash) so I could get Granny back on the road. They were some of, if not the nicest dealership guys I've ever worked with. One of the tech's has started tweaking his own personal 6.0 and I got him lined out on some of the finer points of necessary/unnecessary parts. I promised (and will deliver) James a ride as he wants to see if Granny is faster than Marks basically stock truck. Thanks guys and look forward to doing business in the future.
