Phoenix Dealer to lower TPMS Values

I'm looking for a Phoenix Ford (or non Ford) dealer who can/will lower the pressure that the TPMS sensor kicks off the light on the dash for a 2013 F-350. I would love to have it set back to 60 PSI for non-towing applications. Also want to find a dealer who can reprogram the Miles to Empty for a 50 Gallon Transfer Flow replacement tank. And lastly ideally the same dealership can preform an alignment for a 2.5" Leveling kit with new track bar. It would be nice to do everything during a single trip and possibly save some $$ on the hook up charge they always have. Might even do a full synthetic oil change while I'm at it to just be done with it for a while.

2013 F-350 6.7, Lariat, CC SB, 4x4, FX4, Tuxedo Black on Black, Transfer Flow 50 gallon, Method Racing 20" NV, 295/65/20 Toyo A/T II's
