Is Alligator legit or anyone had issues?

I am worried because I paid $772 for an airdog 2 system and over night delivery to fix my cracked water separator (Walking the kids to school sucks in 20 deg weather and its snowing). Well, my order was never shipped, I called them and they where no help, they told me they would call me back about it and never did. The conversation I had with them pretty much ended with them saying they have no idea where my order is or when I will receive it. I have never ordered through these guys before so I am a little worried I may have gotten taken, and the worst part is my truck is still broken. Anyone have experience with them?

They will take care of you. I had an issue with one of their products and I had a new one at my door in a couple of days. You just got to be the squeaky wheel! Call them back if they forget to call you.

Don't forget to fill out the warranty paperwork on that airdog setup. When it ****s Airdog won't help you out. So fill out the paperwork and send it in!

Tyson,

I apologize about your bad experience. It looks like you got your pump ordered right about the same time as our same day shipping cut off on the 24th. Either way we had it to UPS by the 24th and updated your account with tracking information on the 24th.

According to the tracking information it is out for delivery today which means for whatever reason it took UPS 2 days to get it to you. We will file a report with them and I have gone ahead and credited back the full amount you paid for overnight shipping.

If there is anything i can do for you please let me know.

Jason.
