Need a little wrenching help

It appears that I need to do a EGR delete. No big deal, Raul has the part available for what I think is a fair price. Here is my problem. I think my mechanic is super but I would really like to have hands on with this project but I am not comfortable doing it all alone. Is there anyone in AL would would be willing to help / teach me on this project? I am in Central AL but can travel and bring food, beverages and a willingness to learn. I have access to my fire station bays and basic tools if someone is passing through. Its kind of a strange request but I figured I'd throw it out there.

If it's your 1st time doing it I would get someone that has done it or is mechanically inclined. Depending on which kit you go with pretty much the whole top of the engine needs dissassembled. I have a picture on my phone of the cooler removed and everything we removed to get to it. Give me a few minutes and I will get it posted up.

Man, I'd offer to help but that looks to be over my head. I'd be willing to be a third party involved just for the learning but I wouldn't do that to your truck without some very good instructions, I don't think I would attempt it on mine either without some backup.
