Hello BrtCaptain,

We only offer our AIRAID Premium Filter. You get the best of both worlds with the AIRAID filter.

Our filter uses 4 layers of cotton gauze for incredible air flow, but then we also use 1 "Synthaflow" layer that filter down to 2 microns, for incredible filtration.

Most typical "DRY" filters are excellent in filtration, but when it comes to air flow they fall significantly next to our AIRAID Premium filter.

any other questions, please let me know.

Thanks,
David

Hello buck 01,

The Airaid seals directly to the hood when you close the hood, it serves as your “Lid” to enclose the filter.

Thanks,
David
