aFe Releases - 2011 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Intake

Corona, Ca…advanced FLOW engineering (aFe Power), an industry leader in performance cold air intakes, filters and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of their new Stage 2 cold air intake for the 2011 Ford Super Duty with the V8-6.7L part numbers 54-11872, 51-11872, 75-11872 or 75-11872-0V.

This aFe Stage 2 air intake systems feature a durable, one-piece 18-gauge powder coated heat shield that blocks out engine heat and installs using factory-mounting locations. This system also includes a performance engineered rotomold plastic intake tube to maximize air velocity and improve horsepower, torque, and throttle response. 54-11872 includes the patented Pro-5R filter, which utilizes 5 layers of progressive cotton media that produces excellent filtration and maximum flow. 51-11872 includes the brand new Pro Dry S filter, which uses a progressive synthetic media, which requires no oil to recharge for maximum convenience. 75-11872 includes the Pro Guard 7 performance air filter that has 7-layers for maximum filtration. 75-11872-0V is a Pro Guard 7 Value Pack that includes a restore kit and a Pro Dry S replacement filter for easy cleaning.

In recent testing, part number 54-11872 outflows the factory intake by 67%!

Dyno status

We just finished prototyping the exhaust and the truck is at Fabtech for suspension. Once we get the truck back we will be doing full dyno results that I will post once I get them. The truck is really nice and has great power!
