I have two antennas one stock am.fm and then my cb. I dont know the model number for the antenna. I was there when they did the work and talked to them the whole time and i watched them install the antenna but this was 3 years ago so I dont remember what all was used. Yes it is grounded good and never posed any problems. My dad has had the same setup on his truck for 8 years now and never a lick of trouble
