BullyDog Issues, HELP!

Got a great deal on on my 2k 7.3 Excursion. Has 181k, and sits on ProComp 17s on 35's with an 8" lift and sway bar stabilizer. The ABS light was on when I bought it along with an intermittent battery light. Both batteries are brand new and after a little driving the battery goes out. No hard starts, dim lights, etc. so I've not worried about it. Also the 4wd won't engage. Replaced the solenoid and vac lines to both front hubs but no luck there. thinking the hub seals are shot but haven't had time to address it yet.

The truck came with a BullyDog 6pos chip and after installing per instructions the theft light flashes and it will not start. Pull the chip, no problem. I had a TS Performance chip on my dually and had no issues so I don't get it. Any ideas?

Had the issue with my TS chip...it should start if you put it in neutral...that is if you're having the same issue I did. It's not the best fix especially for when you sell it, but it works every time for me. It's really random with mine too...will start fine for 20 starts then all of a sudden I'll have to start from nuetral.

The programs will require the pats to be disabled to operate properly
