'03 EX conversion to '011 Front End

Need a little here! Stripped the front end sheet metal off - cut the frame horns and getting ready to prep the lights and hang the hood. The Cowl Plastic DOES NOT seat unless either metal or plastic is trimmed?? Also it appears the headlights only require a SLIGHT trim - not what I have seen in other posts.

Is there anyone out here that has done this and can help with pictures of the cowl mods needed??? Also any help on the light panel clearance needed?? In the middle of this and need a little insight from someone who has the experience of it. I'm going to document it for future conversions but this cross over is NOT the typical documented ones posted for earlier F250 to '011. Several things about the '03 EX aren't what I've seen pics of here.

Thanks for any help out there. Gonna be cool. Got all my stuff in a pile but there appears to be a few issues???

You talking just grill & headlights or the fenders, hood, grill & headlights? There is a guy on here that did the fenders, hood, grill & headlights to his ex. It looks great too
