Help to Bypass Rear Heater Core Lines

I have an 2002 7.3 that is leaking at the Heater Core Lines from underneath the frame. I want to bypass the Rear Heater Core at the firewall but cannot find a diagram to be certain. I know that I need to disconnect the line(s) to the back and have found the supply line at the firewall but cannot find where the return line is to disconnect and then what to tie back together. Can anyone advise on exactly how to do this. I cannot afford to screw up my engine (294,000). Thanks in advance.
