I would jack up the front end and check the wheel bearings. Simple to check with the tires on, just grab tires at 12 and 6 o'clock then 9 and 3 and try to move the wheel. If there is any wobble, the bearings are bad.
Are there larger than factory tires? Any place the tire could be grabbing?

Wheel bearings check good and tires are stock size. I've checked all in wheel wells and don't see anywhere that they rub.

Are your brake lines binding?
