Im still looking about the forums as to what i need done to it, so far im thinking bypass for oil and going with amsoil and a CAI as i read the stock is restricting? ohh and a new coolant cap. any suggestions would be much appreciated so that i may build a list for christmas lol

Yea wanted the 6.0 cause people kept saying it was a bit fast than the 7.3, I know the 6.0 has issues. But either way im excited to have my first diesel. I'm just building a mod list now, if some can post some suggestions it will be appreciated (im on page 39 of the excursion thread lol so im slowly learning).

so far this is what i want to do.

AFE sate 2 intake or the 6637?
amsoil bypass kit
not sure on chip/tuner
steering stabilizers (someone said fox but cannot find them)
4" lift someday lol
not sure about the WW?
Powerstop and Hawk LTS pads

Good looking EX. Yes the 6.0L is more than a bit faster.

You Heard correct but a 7.3 with a couple mods will keep up no problem, I've never lost to a 6.0

Well I'm assuming you haven't raced one that has a custom tune then. A few mods on a 7.3L will not make any where near 420rwhp. They will make around 310rwhp. I used to have a 7.3L. Mod for mod not even close.
