Mine wasn't that hard to fix after a little coaching from Maintain, The o-ring kit from Ford is around 20 bucks. I think it took me about an hour... maybe?

Do you need to pull the Turbo?

Is ther a write on how to replace them?

No, you don't have to pull the turbo, it's toward the front of the engine.
I think I searched the 7.3 repair section for help.
