2001 Ex Headlights

Has anybody upgraded bulbs to the H13/9008 from the stock 9007 found in 2001? If so have you had any issues? I bought new lenses which are a style newer than mine. They have the reflector piece in them. I think my 9007 HIDs I bought are hitting the reflector piece, not allowing them to work right. The H13/9008 is the bulb that is used with the style of lens. I was going to buy new bulbs and the adapter plug for H13 to do it right. Just making sure it will work ok.

The new bulbs suck....The H13 is quite possibly the stupidest design for a bulb ever foisted on the public.
The terminals are so small that they overheat, even at stock wattages, and melt the plastic
housing of the connectors. Higher than stock wattage bulbs are offered, but not recommended
and no harness or relay will fix the problem of to small of terminals.

We can get you the correct 9007 bulbs and a harness that can get you the best lighting short of our True Projection hid kits.
