Front bench seat?

I really like the 40/20/40 bench seat in my F350. I've never seen an Excursion with that setup. I expect to haul a good bit of tools and cargo in the back portion, so even if I get one with the third row, I'd probably remove it, thus resulting in a five-passenger vehicle, which I find to be one too few in many cases (having three kids).

If I get a seat from an F350, is it a direct bolt-in swap with the Excursion front seat? Or will it require fabrication (which isn't necessarily a problem, but I want to know what I'm getting into)?

If I recall correctly when I was shopping for mine I saw one with a bench seat. It was an ex-government xlt with rubber floor mat as well.

Yes it will bolt right in but you would have to get the whole set because the captains have the front armrests and would get in the way but good luck i think most guys want the jumpseat so they are like gold

Floor pan should be the same. Might have to drill some holes in the floor. Removing the arm rests is possible if you can live with the hole in the side of the seat's cover. There is a steel 'nub' that must be cut off to clear the middle seat back. Did this in my red trk... 5 kids, need every seat I can get!
