Juice install-wrong connectors in my truck??

I bought this truck last year, it is an '01 7.3 psd excursion. I got an edge juice with attitude(used) and went to install it today. I was checking all the connectors prior to actually installing it, and my throttle position sensor uses 3 wires, not 5. Sooo, I check the edge website, and find that my truck has the 99-00 TPS in it. Now I am concerned the ECU may also be an earlier one.

Question is-how do I find out?

You must have a really early 01... It should still work if you call edge they should be able to help you out. Might need a differant harness.

Just wanted to update this-
I called Edge tech support, did not get the guys name.
I explained the issue, he said ya sometimes the early cars get the leftovers. Asked my address and said he would ship out the connector asap, and told me to have a nice day.

My connector arrived yesterday(thursday) via ups. NO CHARGE, even for shipping, even though I bought it used!

This kind of support will keep their products in use! Excellent!
