correct me if i am wrong, but aren't DP-tuner custom tunes(as in for big oil, injectors or whatnot) about $30 more for each tune than their normal tunes? That's what my thinking was. Making a custom 6 pos chip around $560, then and around $100 for reburns when you mod later. And tony will burn you custom tunes for your truck with whatever mods you happen to have for around $475, with free reburns when you mod more. Again i may be wrong.

I do not know if DP charges more for big oil etc, as I don't have them, nor do I plan on getting them.

So for me, a guy that doesn't plan on modding anything, DP was less money, and just seemed like the right way to go.

no the tunes for oil and injectors are the same price and people are getting this reburn charge wrong also if you get say 6 tunes now and later you change injectors he doesnt charge extra to make those tunes work with the injectors he charges to reburn when you send it back to get new tunes you didnt already have

tunes for oil and injectors are not the same price from DP. Regular tunes are $45, custom tunes for mods are $75. I've emailed them for quotes. Was quoted from jody $689.95 for a 6pos chip with switch, burned for stage 1 injectors. He also said reburns for later mods are $30/tune.

After you buy it, I believe he will tweak them for free for 30 days or something like that.

I got mine, and it is very nice. And sheesh, talk about fast shipping. Order Tuesday, and it showed up Thursday.

My only complaint so far is the tunes make the truck a lot louder. My wife and I both noticed this. However, the power in the low end without the turbo even spooling is incredible. I'm sure the noise is probably the injectors, but I'll call him and see what he says. It may just be something we'll need to learn to live with.
