Surco Safari Rack

I am considering ordering the surco safari roof rack for my truck. It's 50x84x5 and I am jut wondering if anyone has any experience with these racks or other like it and any advice. I am not set on this specific brand or anything but the price is up my alley at around 500-600 for the setup. And some Christmas money my sister still owes me will sure come in handy. Anyway, any help would be great. Install instructions, anything of the sort. Thanks

Never used that brand but I have one of these Defender Roof Racks Jeeps, Trucks, and SUV real off road

If you somewhat handy it's a pretty straight forward install.

I have a surco on my truck. not sure what model though. Been pretty good but had a gust of wind catch it one day going over a bridge and broke a weld. Now it rattles a bit.

Just measured the rack. Its 150" long and 50" wide. Mounts with screws into the factory rack rails.
