Debadging the Ex.
I want to remove most of my badges. Do you guys know if there are alignment holes behind any of them?
I've seen that the F-Series have them on the fenders, but I'm wondering about the Ex... For example, the following is what I want to remove; The "EXCURSION" badges on the left and right front fenders. The "POWERSTROKEDIESEL" badges on the left and right front doors. The "EXCURSION" badge on the rear door. The "LIMITED" badge on the rear door. The "FORD" badge on the rear door. If you have any knowledge about these that you would share, I thank you in advance. |

I know about the adhesive, but...
I am wondering about "alignment" holes in the sheet metal? Thank you for responding.

THERE ARE DEFINITELY HOLES!!!! I learned the hard way. The excursion ones on the sides and back door have them. I don't think the limited one does, but I wanted to leave that one. I didn't try the ford one on the rear door either since it is recessed in. Luckily I have a very dark green EX, and I covered the holes with small bits of black electrical tape till i can have them patched and painted.
