Excursion Towing

Hey there, thinking about getting a used 7.3l excursion 4x4. Question I have is how much weight can I tow with it?

Can I tow 12K lbs?

maximum GCWR is 20000lbs. maximum trailer weight is 11000lbs. this is according to the 7.3 owner's guide supplement
