Xcursion transmission questions

Greetings all. I just joined this forum hoping to get a few answers about my excursion. I took some time to poke around at all the topics that have been posted for excursions but didn’t really find an answer to my question. I have a ’00 7.3. I just put an Edge Juice w/ Attitude on and love the added power and smoke. However, I know that my transmission is not in good shape. It has always had a jerk to it when it shifts. With the extra power I have noticed something more concerning. Of curse the first thing I did after finishing the install was to turn the juice all the way up and floor it. :burnout On the second to third shift the engine hit the rev-limiter and stayed there for about a second. To me it seams like the transmission did not know how to handle the additional power causing it to sift poorly. I would like to know if my assumption is correct and what I should do to correct this problem. I need to fix this before I tare something up. Thanks.

With the Juice there is no trans tuning. At the minimum look into a valve body or transgo tugger kit
