changing Fuel Filter

When changing the fuel filter, it says o put some fresh fuel on the orings..is it okay to use a little diesel motor oil instead of fuel?

Thats a good question! I can't see why not, but will see what other people have to say about that one.

I don't think it matters... But once u take off the filter there will be fuel still in the bowl just dip ur finger in and lube the o ring... that doesn't sound right but whatever..
