problem with windshield wipers

so i have been having a werid problem with my windshield wipers and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what it could be. when i turn them one they only have one speed and when i turn them off they stay on untill i turn the truck off and then they are off again. i replaced the whole swtich thinking the problem was in there but its not so im kinda lost.

first thing to check is the grounds for teh circuit. then i would check the relays. specifically the "wiper run/park relay" and the "wiper high/low relay". also check fuses #11 and #13, #11 should be hot in acc. or run and #13 should be hot always. sounds to me like you have a bad relay.
