01 x rear springs

I want stiffer springs in he rear of my 2wd ex. Can I get a set off of a 350 4x4?

You can because they'll bolt right up, but they will not be the same height, which will through your driveline out of balance. It does not take much to unbalance the Driveline due to the short drive shaft length. I don't know what leveling options exist in the 2wd market, but they're out there if needed.
