2011 or Newer 6.7 Diesel Excursion Build

Here we go again Build #2 2011 or newer 6.7l Diesel Build Thread. Let's start this off with pics of the Excursion we bought for the Build. It is a 2005 Ex V10 Limited with 210,000 miles. It has captain chairs in the second row and a DVD player. This Ex never pulled a trailer in it's life time. It was used for limousine service. Hit in front and drivers side.

Good candidate for one. Are you going to use 2011 quarter panels on it?

Progress so far. Truck up on the frame rack so we can straighten the quarter. Gutted the interior and have all the wiring pulled out, striped and labeled for the conversion.

Not sure yet. Might do some wicked Fender Flares on all four corners.

I've never seen the inside of an Excursion stripped away that far. It's amazing how many wire bundles run everywhere! Looks like a lot of work ahead of you!

^^^^^ I always hope that when I have a family there would be something like an Excursion. Unfortunately I don't think the blue oval itself will be putting out a 4 ton Diesel Suv in todays market
