Exhaust Brake ?

It seems that a Banks brake will not fit on a 2000 PSD Excursion because of some interference issue. Does anyone have experience with installing one or another brand like PAC or US Gear? They all look like about the same $1200 price tag. The US Gear mounts in front of the muffler?

Also is there a real advantage in putting in a 4 inch exhaust system like Banks sells or just their muffler?

Cool brake

I am more impressed with the US Gear unit than any of them. The flow pattern off the exducer wheel is swirling on the way out. Having a 4" disk crossways in the pipe that close to turbo is not conducive to a speedy exit.

The Ex -box. Total RSD system. See what happens when you let attorneys run your Country!!!! There's nothing wrong with a Democratic society, we just need to get rid of Democrats. 2001 Excursion. 2003 Cobra Terminator all pumped up. Now this is fuuuuuun.
