Heater and AC lines for Third Row

Have any of you replaced these or had them replaced. I had a bad blow-out and the tire tread took out the right rear quarter panel inner liner and damaged the four lines. From the factory the lines are one piece from the engine bay to the rear of the truck. It was in the local Ford dealer's body shop for the last 2.5 weeks. All of the body work is done, but they cannot find the correct replacement lines.

The lines are lines are 1/2" aluminum. To aid shipping, the Ford made the replacements 2-piece. The body shop ordered all four lines, but only received the rear halves. They are currently searching for the fronts but cannot find them. They also claim that they cannot fabricate connections into the front half of the existing lines.

Any advice/guidance,help would be appreciated.

I have only had the truck for 3 months. 3rd row seat has been removed. I doubt if it ever will and I doubt if I will ever use the third row AC and heat. So, if we cannot find or fabricate the lines reasonably, can we just remove the lines and plug the holes? Can we just short circuit the lines? Is there something already available to do this with or does it have to be custom fabricated?

Thanks for your help.
