Installing a Helwig very soon questions

I have it sitting in the garage ready to install.

A few questions for those that have installed them:

1) I have installed a similar bar on my turbo Buick car, how long does this generally take?

2) Any special precautions that I should take or be knowledgable of prior to instaling the bar?

3) I will be doing F250 springs and shocks when income tax money comes around. Anything that I should do now while installing the bar?


I am running the RAS now also which help the rear springs sturdy up when loaded down, but not as much help for sway etc.

Easy to install. Takes about an hour, if you take your time.

Installed it Sunday - finally !

What a difference in the ride. With the RAS, it is an awesome combination. The rear end sits about 2 - 3" higher than the front.

I think I may just do the front springs instead all 4 corners.
