Recommend a custom tuner (the person, not the device)

I'm starting a project 7.3L Excursion. I'm pulling a 6.8l, putting in a E99 7.3L, running it with a 2000 pcm, and doing a custom rebuild on my 4r100. I already have my TS 6-pos switch.
Can anyone recommend someone to handle re-burning my chip? I cant get a canned tune I'd like to get good results with what I have.

yes bill at php is a great guy. love the tunning you will be happy with it. too bad you dont have stage ones bc i would trade ya chips since i have to have a reburn anyway

I would love some new injectors, but sadly they are not in the budget.

Custom tuning? As in personally getting in your truck and tuning it? Jody Tipton at DP does that and is fantastic IMO. Seems people around here love PHP, can't really go wrong either way. Had my last truck personally tuned by Jody and it was above and beyond his "custom" tunes from the site.

I have a DP Tuner, wasn't live tuned, but happy with the results... been in the yellow dually for about 4 years now...

Well I was just over on the PHP website and they are no longer re-burning chips.

So who is the 2nd best person to re-burn a TS chip?

I'm not going with a DP. If I understand correctly, there is one place that does the DP chips. TS chips are open to multiple programmers (including me if I get too ballsy)
