What have I done????
I was going through the steps to replace the door lock actuator on the passenger front door and got everything working from the lock perspective. One thing I did was to remove the bolt that holds the window track on the bottom (below the actuator) to allow me to move the actuator/latch assembly out of the door. Put it all back together and now the passenger side window goes down about 2" then gets stuck. Will go up no problem (at this point) but it will only go down the 2" or so. It looks like the window is in the track and I have tried to lower the window with the bolt loose (even loosened up the other two on the door to allow the track to move a bit) but no go.

pull the motor and free spin it. make sure there is no debris in the tracks or mechanism.

Thanks for the suggestion, I think I got it - I loosened up everything again and lubed the track and the door mechanisms and worked it free. Very strange that it was working fine until I pulled the door apart, and I am afraid that it will fail again - will have to watch it.
