2001 Excursion.. Problem with turbo...???

2001 Excursion 7.3 Diesel. At speeds 65+ the engine will stall for a split second and then back to normal. Service engine light illuminates and the engine has the code that indicates turbo problems. This has happened 6 times. Engine light has came on once. Is this a bad turbine, leak or sensor? Thanks for the help ....New bee

What code and what does your boost look like when it does this? Probably not a turbo if it's stalling.

P1247 ... It not really stalling, just a sudden loss of power and then back to normal. All within a second. Only at fast speeds.
