Rancho adjustable shocks

I recently bought RS999266, RS9000 series, and will be installing very shortly. My question is which way do you turn the knob to increase/decrease the firmness?

Consider the shocks are installed: For example I want them at level 5. Looking at the knob do I go clockwise or counter clockwise.

Thanks.
