I'm reading that unlike the 4x4, the 2wd X hubs can be rebuilt. But considering that I've never done one before, I'll need a little help. I'd just do a full hub assy replacement, if I could find one at a reasonable price.. If anyone knows of one, please pass along the info. I need to do the front ones.
I'm also going to have to take out the fuel tank on my X and clean it out.... If not replace it all together. It is full of dirt.. Unfortunately, I don't need help with that project, unless you want to pick up some tools!!

Ahh... It's going to cost more in tools that I don't have to DIMyself. I just got a quote for $160 from a great local shop. Gonna let them do it today. A puller alone was $80, nut tool was $32 and parts were $15. And then I'd have to commit the time. And thus, the repair goes to EF tire and auto of Lighthouse point.
