new excursion, hub issues

been driving my new 02 ex4x4 for a few days now, having issues with autolock hubs. selectors were frozen, managed to get them moving after a can of crc and channel locks. still very hard to move, impossible by hand. have chance to buy a really clean used set. alternative would be a new set of manual ones. any thoughts/input appreciated. thanks!

no conversion needed. buy the warn premiums. they have a lifetime warranty. very easy to install. you will loose the auto lock feature as with the factory hubs but in my opinion they are 10x better. i would rather have to get out and lock them and know that they work than be lazy and worry about failure when i really needed them.

mine where doing that every year. every year i cleaned and lubed them. finally when my truck was in the shop, the mech threw on a set of warn 1/4 turn for $220 installed. But you do have to get out of the truck to lock in. not so bad
