Need Help Spring Broke Today Advice Please!

So I was driving to work this morning when the top leaf of my front passenger spring snapped.

So I know from ford these Ex's were week in the front.

So I need to decide today what I should replace them with. Any suggestions are welcome.

Also is there a write up on how to replaced them. I plan on doing the drivers and passengers side.

how mechanically inclined are you. they are not that hard to do, about two hours a side. i recommend getting a chiltons manual or going to the library and copying the pages. the instructions are really good. And you will need a big breaker bar
